FESTIVAL PRESS CENTRE:
Our press centre is located on the first floor of the MTS Hall (Nikola Pašić Square). It's the place where you can get all the necessary information about the festival's operations, program, guests, and other festival events. The centre is open to journalists, providing free internet access and refreshments, and where journalist accreditations can be collected. The ticket office, where tickets can be purchased from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm is also part of this centre.
Working Hours:
2-24 September: 11:00 am to 5:00 pm (every day except Sundays)
24 September - 5 October: 11:00 am to 7:00 pm (every day)
ACCREDITATIONS:
Festival accreditations allow you to attend the main festival program as well as numerous side events. The accreditation form can be found at this link, and the deadline for accreditation is September 15.
Regarding the main program, the festival team will strive to provide accredited media with access to all performances. After seating ticket holders, we will ensure comfortable seating for you to enjoy the shows. Additionally, during the festival, and as circumstances permit, we will invite you to attend a certain number of dress rehearsals. Information about this will be sent to you in the morning so that all interested parties have enough time to apply.
For our side programs, accredited media can attend all activities. The only exception is the Cirkobalkana program; if you wish to attend any performances, please contact the press office using the contacts listed below, at least one day before the performance, so that we can accommodate your request.
PHOTO / VIDEO:
A protocol for photography or filming of performances will be provided to accredited media before the start of the festival. Specific rules for photographing premiere performances and/or dress rehearsals will be indicated for each show. Where photography and filming are prohibited, you can use festival photos provided in the press folder.
PRESS MATERIALS:
All promotional materials, photos, and information that may be useful for reporting on the performances can be found at this link. It will include promotional photos provided by the troupes, as well as our own photos taken at Bitef, which will be added day by day. Please ensure appropriate photo credit where indicated. Additionally, accredited media will receive a schedule of all festival events organized by day.
