Љубав и други демони
Љубав и други демони

The lecture-performance “The Art that Connects” will present Karolina Spaić, the founder, director and the manager of ZID Theatre from Amsterdam, and Tatjana Pajović, the founder, director and the manager of POD Theatre from Belgrade, the participants of the first Polyphony and associates in international community theatre projects. With her ZID Theatre, Karolina Spaić has been connecting, like a red thread, all the Bitef Polyphony editions, always in a new context of connection, reflection and reconsideration of the common present.  For the past four years, Karolina Spaić has presented the development of the participation in the project Caravan Next with ODIN Theatre as the main project initiator. POD Theatre also took part in that project, as a partner of ZID Theatre. Tatjana, with POD Theatre, has explored and used theatre as “space of questions - thought in action” for over twenty years. They will talk about the two threads which kept meeting up since the first Polyphony, how they lasted side by side, how they finally connected in the community theatre through questions, and then in their mutual Caravan Next actions. The question that highlights the present moment is “presence/absence of wondering/action”.
