Aleksandra Pejović rođena je Beogradu gde je diplomirala pozorišnu i radio produkciju na Fakultetu dramskih umetnosti. Živi i radi u Beču kao kulturni koordinator i pozorišni producent, naročito na projektima koji povezuju Evropu i bivši jugoslovenski region. Dosad je sarađivala sa sledećim pozorišnim kućama i kulturnim centrima: Šaušpilhaus (Beč), Šaulšpilhaus (Diseldorf), Hauteatar (Berlin), MQ (Beč), Vinerfestvohen (Beč), itd.

Almut Wagner is a dramaturg and curator working for theatres and festivals such as Bonner Biennale, Wiener Festwochen, Deutsches Schauspielhaus in Hamburg and Düsseldorfer Schauspielhaus. From 2015 on she will be managing dramaturg at Theater Basel. She is also teaching at Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen/Bochum.

Marta Keil (b. 1983) – performing arts curator. Works at Teatr Polski in Bydgoszcz, Poland. She created and curates the East European Performing Arts Platform (www.eepap.org). Since 2012 program curator of Theatre Confrontations – international theatre festival in Lublin (www.konfrontacje.pl). Cooperated i.e. with Schauspielhaus Bochum and Goethe Insitute. Between 2008 and 2012 she worked as performing arts curator in the Adam Mickiewicz Institute. Co-founder of the MicaMoca.Project Berlin: temporary performing art center in Berlin (2011). She writes a blog www.fraukeil.wordpress.com. PhD student at the Polish Academy of Science’s Art Institute (thesis: curatorship in contemporary performing arts). Based in Warszawa.

Igor Ružić kazališni kritičar i novinar iz Zagreba, član Hrvatske zajednice samostalnih umjetnika, Hrvatskog novinarskog društva i Hrvatskog društva nkazališnih kritičara i teatrologa. U novinarstvu i kazališnoj kritici od1998. Kontinuirano objavljuje eseje i kritike na Prvom i Trećem programu Hrvatskog radija, periodično surađuje ili je surađivao s portalima T portal i Kulturpunkt, Radiom 101, časopisima Kazalište, Frakcija, Hrvatsko
glumište, Kretanja. Kao selektor, voditelj tribina, član žirija ili voditelj radionica sudjelovao u radu festivala u Hrvatskoj i regiji poput Eurokaza, Zooma, Naj naj naj festivala, Festivala hrvatskih kazališnih amatera, BOK-a, Zlatnog lava, Tjedna slovenske drame u Kranju i beogradskog BITEF-a. U mandatu od 2011. član Kulturnog vijeća za dramsku i plesnu
umjetnost Ministarstva kulture RH.

Hazim Begagić je glumac i producent iz Sarajeva. Od 2010. godine je poslovni i umjetnički direktor Bosanskog narodnog pozorišta Zenica. Na Univerzitetu u Sijeni (Italija) završio je magistarski studij menadžmenta u kulturi, a na Sveučilištu u Zagrebu 2012. godine stekao doktorat nauka u oblasti pozorišne produkcije i teatrologije. Jednogodišnju akademsku specijalizaciju obavio na Državnom univerzitetu Floride, a trogodišnji program umjetničkog menadžmenta u Kenedi Centru u Vašingtonu. Kao pozorišni producent radio je na produkcijama i koprodukcijama više od 50 profesionalnih pozorišnih projekata od kojih je većina imala zapažen međunarodni uspjeh. Univerzitetski je profesor na predmetima pozorišna produkcija, menadžment u kulturi i kulturne politike.

Svjetlana Hribar Kao novinar “Novog lista” iz Rijeke prati zbivanja na kulturnoj sceni više od tri desetljeća. Njeno područje interesa su glazbeno, plesno i dramsko kazalište, a osvrti obuhvaćaju ne samo predstave i rad teatara u regionu, već i u Europi. Izvještava s festivala poput MESS-a, BITEF-a, MITTELFEST-a u Cividaleu, a njeni su tekstovi citirani u programskim knjižicama domaćih i inozemnih teatara. Surađivala je s novinama i časopisima svih republika bivše Jugoslavije, koautor je i urednik knjige Oskar Danon – Ritmovi nemira (u izdanju Beogradske filharmonije).

Katarina Pejović je dramaturg, intermedijalna umetnica, pisac, pedagog, kulturna aktivistkinja i prevodilac. Bila je autorka ili je učestvovala u stvaranju brojnih pozorišnih predstava, intermedijalnih projekata i produkcija savremenog plesa u Hrvatskoj, Srbiji, Sloveniji, Nemačkoj, Italiji, Malti, Kipru, Irskoj, Holandiji i Austriji. Njene radove i projekte su producirale produkcijske kuće i kulturne institucije, ili su bili predstavljeni na festivalima, u preko 20 zemalja. Koordinirala je brojne platforme, konferencije i inicijative. Njeni tekstovi i eseji su objavljeni u publikacijama i knjigama na 7 jezika. Zajedno sa Borisom Bakalom osnovala je 2002. umetničku i kulturno-aktivističku platformu Bacači Sjenki, i do 2012. zajednički realizovala brojne projekte koji su bili predstavljeni u preko 25 zemalja te osvojili brojne nagrade, između ostalih i dve Specijalne nagrade žirija BITEF-a (2007. i 2009.), kao i Avazovog zmaja na sarajevskom MESS-u 2008. Dobitnica je Desmond Tutu Fellowship Award 2009, nagrade koju dodeljuje Global Reconciliation Organisation. U ljubljanskom SNG Drama je, upravo ovih dana, premijera njene dramatizacije “Čarobnog brega” Thomasa Manna, u režiji Mateje Koležnik.

Christian Holtzhauer, born 1974 in Leipzig, is a German dramaturg, curator and festival director. He studied Theatre Studies and Musicology in Berlin and Toronto and holds a MA in Theatre Studies. From 2001 – 2004 he was together with Amelie Deuflhard responsible for the artistic programme of Sophiensaele Berlin, one of Germany’s leading independent production houses for contemporary performing arts. 2005 – 2013 he worked as dramaturg and project manager at Schauspiel Stuttgart / Stuttgart State Theatres, where he conceived and produced several festivals and international theatre collaborations, e.g. the international theatre train „Orient-Express“ (2009). Since October 1st 2013, he is artistic director of Kunstfest Weimar (Weimar Arts Festival, Germany). Since 2005 he is a member of the executive board and since 2011 president of Dramaturgische Gesellschaft (German dramaturges’ network), Berlin.

Wolfgang Schlag was born in Lower Austria (Waidhofen/Ybbs). He is the founder of numerous festivals. Since 9 years he is the curator of „Into the City“ in the frame of the Vienna Festival. Since 2013 he is the director of „Theater Hundsturm“ (as part of Volkstheater Vienna).

Boris Mišković Rođen 15.08.1963 u Podgorici. Po obrazovanju je diplomirani ekonomista. Od 1992. godine radi u Grad teatru. Tu je obavljao poslove od organizatora do generalnog direktora. Trenutno je na funkciji glavnog organizatora i urednika dramskog programa. Tečno govori i piše engleski jezik. Oženjen je, ima troje dece. Živi u Budvi.

Nenad Šegvić

Dramski glumac Nenad Šegvić već je niz godina nezaobilazna figura u umjetničkom i dramskom životu Grada, ostvarivši, prije svega, niz izuzetnih glumačkih rola u Narodnom kazalištu Ivana Zajca, zatim radeći kao direktor Hrvatske drame u istome kazalištu i na kraju, ( ali ne manje značajno), vodeći i igrajući dramske uloge u HKD Teatru. Organizacijom i osmišljavanjem HKD Teatra riječkoj je publici predstavio brojne sjajne dramske predstave, potvrđujući i ukazujući na niz zatomljenih vrijednosti i osobnosti u riječkom dramskom korpusu. Istovremeno, u navedene dramske projekte uvodio je niz istaknutih dramskih, odnosno kazališnih umjetnika iz cijele Hrvatske obogaćajući tako lepezu dramskih lica, koja su Riječani rado gledali na daskama koje život znače.
Paralelno s osmišljavanjem repertoara HKD Teatra u kojem je pored organizacije i igrao neke temeljne uloge, gospodin Šegvić je osmislio i oko ideje Hrvatskog festivala malih scena u Rijeci 1994. okupio isprva vodeće hrvatske osobnosti teatarskoga života, a od 2000. godine, kad je Festival i formalno i imenom postao međunarodna manirestacija i niz međunarodnih relevatnih kazališta i umjetničkih imena. Riječka je publika od prvih dana prihvatila ovaj Festival te je osobnim sudjelovanjem u svakodnevnim razgovorima sugerirala i njegov budući profil postavivši tako ovu međunarodnu manifestaciju u sam vrh europskih kazališnih događanja.

Karolina Spaic (Belgrade, Serbia, 1963) is the artistic director, of ZID Theater. After training in classical ballet and a study in literature in Belgrade, she graduated from the International Theatre Department at the Arts Academy (HKU) in Utrecht, the Netherlands in 1988. She has since directed many performances in the Netherlands and former Yugoslavia. In her work she combines elements from a variety of disciplines: physical theatre, performance art and media. From 1995 until 2005, she took part in a specialisation study in theatre anthropology at the International School of Theatre Anthropology (ISTA) under Eugenio Barba. Theatre anthropology explores both non-western and western styles of physical theatre and dance styles. Karolina Spaic has published articles in several countries and her publications have been included in a number of books. In 1991 she established ZID Theater, where she directed all performances until now. Many of them were internationally acclaimed at various theatre festivals and theatres abroad (from United States to Russia, Colombia, Morocco and various Western European countries). As of 2004 ZID Theater has its own theatre space in Amsterdam. Here ZID Theater – Community Art & Performance Centerorganizes community-art projects and festivals and give a broad scale of educational activities for professionals, amateurs and children.

Kamelia Nikolova is a professor on history of European theatre, theatre researcher and theatre critic. She is Head of the Department “Theatre Studies” at National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts in Sofia, a member of the Theatre Department at the Institute of Art Studies, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and the theatre critic of “Literary newspaper”.

Agnieszka Jakimiak

Dramaturg, playwright, film critic, essayist. Graduated from Inter-departmental Individual Studies in the Humanities and National Academy of Theatre Arts in Cracow. As a dramaturg worked with Polish and international theatre directors, such as Weronika Szczawińska, Oliver Frljić, Radosław Rychcik. Author of theatre plays “How to be loved”, “Genie im Rollkragenpullover” and “Africa”.

Daniela Plopeanu, the Public relations officer of Radu Stanca National Theatre from Sibiu (Romania) has 14 yearswork experience in PR and communication: press relations, online communication, event planning,international relations.She is a graduate Project manager and Trainer and a state-authorised translator and interpreter for French.
She worked for important cultural institutions of Romania: „Maria Filotti” Theater from Braila, Iassy Romanian National Opera, Bucharest National Opera. She wasImage and Communication Responsible for the studiOpera project, a Bucharest National Opera European project in partnership withAccademiaTeatroalla Scalafrom Milan and also Communication and Public Relations Consultant for the Romanian Radio Broadcasting Company and SynergEtica Foundation.
Daniela Plopeanu was Trainee at the Directorate-General F – Communication/Transparency of the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union in 2006/2007. She has a Master degree in Communication and Public Relations and a major in Geography – Philology (Francophone Studies, double major in Geography and French language and literature).
She speaks French, Italian and English.

Helga Bumsch

Set and Costume Designer based in Sweden. Works in all areas of the arts but mainly with Theater and Film.
It´s a great honor to attend the BITEF festival for the second time. I see the festival as a plattform of huge importance for both the artistic and political climate in contemporary society and the way artistic expressions can develop for the future.

MARIA RÖSSLER (GERMANY) holds a degree in Theatre, Literature and Communication Studies and has been working for various art and conference projects of organisations such as Hebbel am Ufer Berlin, the German Centre of the International Theatre Institute, Wikimedia Germany, and the German Federal Cultural Foundation. Since 2013, she is member of the artistic programme team of „Foreign Affairs“ festival at Berliner Festspiele.

CV Marie Louise Wille

Danish actress, born 1970, has worked in Theater, movies and TV.
Educated in 2002, from the Danish School on Dramatic arts in Copenhagen.
She became known all over Denmark for her lead character, in the Danish TV show, ”Sommer”.
For the last 3 years she has been one of the important members of Aarhus Theater ensemble, where she has played several leading parts, including Marquise de Merteul in C. Hamptons ”Les Liaisons Dangereuses” and Rebekka West in H. Ibsens ” Rosmersholm”.
This Year she was nominated for the biggest theater prize in Denmark ( Reumert), for her lead in the play, ” All my Dreams Come True”, by Christian Lollike. The play was also invited and played at the Bergen Theater festival in Norway.
